The building is over three floors, with some living quaters and a scullery in the basement, kitchen, bar and restraunt on the ground with the bathrooms and offices on the first.
From the info laying about the floors of the building, it closed somewhere between 2005 and 2008 (certainly the living quaters were not used from 2005 unless they had an old calendar).
