Visited with coops.
Was a different explore, once we reached the place after nearly being eaten alive by two very angry boxer dogs, we were in awe at the size of it!
History is a little hard on this place as there isnt much on the web, but from what I have been told, the clay was dug out locally but all the bricks were sent up a 'high wire' to Hipperholme train station. The only parts left of the high wire are some concrete foundations in a stream.
Anyhow on with the pics.
